A narrative within the walls of this apartment was created utilizing fluted plaster for a unique, hand-troweled interior. Inspired by the nature of elements, the space brought together a mix of stone, sand, clay and wood, as well as highlighting the perfections and imperfections within the architecture and furnishings.

Weighty linen curtains ensure seamless transitions across rooms. Each space, while modern, emanates a timeless, lived-in aura, where walls whisper tales of human touch and craft.

The project about history taking on a new form. A complete overhaul made it possible to create a space that took the place of an oak custom kitchen with a waterfall island, whose forms echo the history of the elements that remained intact.

In a complete gut renovation of a Johnson townhouse , we seamlessly merged historical charm with modern sophistication. Every corner of this iconic space was reimagined, from the custom kitchen echoing original millwork to a bathroom exuding Scandinavian minimalism with oak and subway tile touches.

The Bolmont Apartment project was an opportunity to reimagine intrinsic and core elements of the space with a new and unique path. The original brick was painted and partially restored to give a rough, concrete finish.

The bathroom, in white and wood, boasts clay tiles and unifying partitions. The bedroom, minimalist in design, uses dual-tone plasters, wood, and opulent curtains. The kitchen contrasts raw brick with sleek steel cabinets, highlighted by blue accents. The living space reveals custom shelving for large art, vintage sofas, and a discreet cupboard with plants.
